As an award-winning mortgage specialist, former financial advisor, realtor®, and home developer, Vincent brings over a decade of unparalleled expertise as a trusted advisor in Edmonton’s residential real estate and home development market.
After receiving his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, and a successful career as a financial advisor at National Bank, Vincent discovered his niche on the lending side of banking. In 2006, driven to diversify, he joined the Invis team where he quickly established himself as one of the nation’s leading mortgage specialists – recognized for achieving sales in the Top 2% in Canada among his peers, and consistently awarded for his individual sales excellence.
Vincent’s passion to learn more, and his interest in real estate, was what led him into the world of residential home development. In 2010, he partnered with Ducor Developments to develop and build a number of multi-family, and single-home projects in Edmonton. His development background gives him the capability to offer his clients insights into potential investment opportunities, as well as provide a detailed eye for architecture and design.
In 2012, Vincent earned his real estate license and is now part of the team at Coldwell Banker. Alongside developing and building homes, to date, Vincent has sold over $15+ million in property sales and secured over $50+ million in total mortgages for his clients.
